They must be able to provide accurate and valuable data to the management team for development of paper machine performance. The individual will support the maintenance team with root cause failure analysis to assist in eliminating production failures.This position has direct reports.What You'll Do:Supervision of the Reliability Group, Vibration Data Collection, Lubricators, and Oil Analysis ProgramSet up Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules, build Bill of Materials (BOMs) and document data to optimize Equipment run time.Responsible for development, management, and results for the facility Reliability ProgramEliminate production limiting failures from the manufacturing process.Champion PM/PdM activities Assist coordinating outside contractor services.Facilitate the RCFA process.Monitors the performance and coordinates the key functions for the reliability program in the areas of planning/execution, vibration analysis and lubrication PMs.Utilize maintenance metrics to achieve reliability goals as defined.Take ownership of the Root Cause Failure Analysis process.To improve Mill overall reliabilityUse various software programs and production databases to document and determine effective process operation for equipment maintenance.Execute mill, departmental and personal projects, and initiatives to improve safety, reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve performance.A member of the on-call management team.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsWhat You Will Need:B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or technical field.Three (3) or more years' experience in a related field.Excellent skills in written and oral communication.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think "outside the box"Functional use of MicrosoftLean Six Sigma Green BeltSix Sigma Green BeltLean Six Sigma Certification
