Lead Senior Software Engineer – Java
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Senior Software Engineer – Java to lead the development, performance optimization, and production support of scalable, cloud-hosted applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and production incident management, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead critical production incident resolution and root cause analysis (RCA).Develop, maintain, and optimize Java-based microservices and REST APIs.
Troubleshoot complex application, database, and cloud infrastructure issues.
Improve application performance, stability, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with architects, development teams, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Drive proactive monitoring, automation, performance tuning, and incident prevention.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical architecture discussions.
Support business-critical applications through a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Required Skills:
