This individual will track and research any accounting issues that arise. They will work closely with all internal business units to aid in their financial tracking.  ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) processingData entry into accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.)Bank reconciliationPayroll processing supportExpense tracking and categorizationPreparation of basic financial reportsInvoice processing and vendor payment schedulingFiling and maintaining financial recordsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field1+ year of bookkeeping or accounting experienceProficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft ExcelBasic knowledge of accounting principles (debits/credits)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong problem solving skillsStrong knowledge of accounting software and bookkeeping principlesPreferenceExperience in a manufacturing environmentBilingual proficiency in English and Korean is strongly preferredBookkeeping certification (e.g., AIPB Certified Bookkeeper)
