Job Description Job Title: Chargeback Operations AnalystLocation: Weston, FL – 4 days onsite (Monday–Thursday), remote on FridaysPay Range: $28–32/hourBenefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k)Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in a search for a Chargeback Operations Analyst with our client located in Weston, FL. This organization operates within the pharmaceutical and healthcare space and is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join their team on a contract basis for an estimated 6-month assignment, with potential for extension.This is a high-volume operational finance role focused on chargeback adjudication, error resolution, and cross-functional coordination. The Chargeback Operations Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and resolving system-generated chargeback errors, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely processing of claims. The environment is fast-paced and requires a strong sense of urgency, organization, and follow-through.
