Broadband Embedded Engineer (RDK)

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced RDK Developer with strong expertise in broadband technologies, Linux systems, and C/C++ development. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting RDK broadband components, analyzing field issues, and improving system reliability across connected devices.Responsibilities-Troubleshoot and resolve issues in RDK broadband components such as WiFi/Mesh, DOCSIS, Fiber, and LTE. Perform root cause analysis through log analysis, packet capture, and source code review. Develop and maintain solutions using C/C++, Python, and Linux. Monitor device health and system performance using tools like ELK, Splunk, and Grafana. Build automation and operational tools to improve performance and release quality. Analyze large-scale device data using AWS services such as S3 and Athena. Work with Jira, Git, and GitHub for defect tracking and version control. Required Skills: -Strong experience in C/C++, Python, and Linux. Hands-on experience with RDK broadband technologies. Knowledge of networking protocols and packet analysis. Experience with monitoring/logging tools like Splunk, ELK, or Grafana. Familiarity with AWS, SQL/Athena, Jira, Git, and GitHub. Prior experience in a Senior/Lead role or mentoring engineers is preferred.
