Responsible for implementing interventions designed to achieve the goals and objectives of the resident plan of care. All work is performed within a resident centered framework in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, residents and their families. Functions as a role model for staff. RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS: Current RN licensePrevious experience preferredDemonstrates position communication skillsAbility to relate to staff in a professional manner Must be flexible with schedulingComputer experience preferredDemonstrates sensitivity to residents emotional, social, mental health and spiritual needsPrevious experience in a rehab setting preferred.
