Our team oversees talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new hires, ensuring that the Firm attracts and retains top legal talent and business services professionals. We develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure a fair and supportive work environment. Additionally, the People team focuses on training, professional development, work allocation, mobility and fostering a positive workplace culture. We also handle performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Through our comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives, the People team ensures that the Firm’s workforce around the world is motivated, skilled and mobilized to deliver on the Firm’s objectives.Position SummaryWe are looking for a high caliber individual to help us take our business services recruitment to the next level, to be a best-in-class function. This candidate will have excellent client relationship management skills as well as outstanding professional presence. They will support business services recruitment across multiple U.S. offices. They will be responsible for sourcing candidates internally and externally, both directly and via other sources. They will be responsible for providing a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular candidate communication, overseeing interview scheduling and providing feedback to each candidate in a professional and timely manner. They will strive to cultivate a proactive recruitment process that is engaging, strategic and efficient while partnering with our internal stakeholders and functional leadership.Duties And AccountabilitiesA successful Recruitment Coordinator has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, remains up-to-date on recruiting best practices. A good recruiter can assess candidates’ skills, experience, and relevant knowledge and compare them to the job requirements. Recruitment and sourcing responsibilities:Manage full cycle recruitment for multiple searches and develop innovative sourcing strategies to bring the best talent to each roleDevelop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing strategies, pipeline development, candidate outreach to identify top talent in the marketEngage in screening interviews for prospective candidates to assess their knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positionsCollaborate closely with hiring managers and function leadership throughout the recruitment process to ensure we proactively meet their hiring needs and goalsEnsure ATS and recruitment reporting are accurate and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholdersManage the offer process, including coordinating with our internal compensation team to provide up-to-date salary and market informationEstablish and maintain meaningful relationships with leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersContribute to team efforts through effective communication and collaborationParticipate in assigned projects and meetings as neededQualifications2+ years of recruitment experience with a search firm or in-house recruitment teamProven ability to source, engage, and activate passive candidates utilizing a range of direct sourcing toolsExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing and applicant tracking systems (experience with Taleo a plus)Proficient in MS Office SuiteCommitment to providing an exceptional candidate experienceTenacious, can-do attitude with a willingness to contribute to new initiativesExcellent business acumen and administrative skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong communication and relationship-building skillsResults-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslySelf-motivated and achievement-orientedOpen-minded team player with a collaborative and consultative approachInclusive and culturally sensitiveCompensation Range: $73,600-$119,600This role reports to Director, RecruitmentEqual OpportunitiesWhite & Case is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and is committed to creating a fair workplace.
