Some of the primary duties include:Assisting assigned students to understand the value of physical activity and fitness in everyday life.Provide direct special education instruction to students identified for DAPE services.Provide consultation and support to Regular Education Teachers, Special Education Teachers and Educational Assistants.Perform DAPE educational assessments of students as required.Participate in IEP team meetings, as necessary.Assist in the development and implementation of IEPs for students served under DAPE.Complete necessary due process requirements (Assessment Summary Reports, progress reporting, IEP goals and objectives, etc.).District Information: St. Francis Area Schools - ISD #15 is located in northern Anoka County and southern Isanti County.
