Sr. Software Engineer
Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a hands-on full-stack developer building internal apps, AI-enabled solutions, integrations, and the Salesforce platform. You'll collaborate with investment, operations, compliance, investor relations, accounting, and data teams to translate complex processes into scalable tech solutions. You'll apply AI-assisted engineering to speed up development and automation while supporting data quality and analytics. This role offers impact across business workflows and strategic AI initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automated workflows for investment management, compliance, operations, accounting, and investor relations
- Build full-stack solutions using C#, .NET, SQL, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, and modern frameworks
- Develop and support AI-enabled applications, agent workflows, document processing, and intelligent automation
- Configure and enhance Salesforce (objects, fields, flows, security, integrations, light customization)
- Create integrations between Salesforce, internal apps, data platforms, and third-party systems using APIs, ETL, messaging, and automation
- Develop data/document processing workflows for extraction, validation, transformation and load
- Collaborate with investment and business teams to automate repeatable workflows
- Support reporting and analytics while ensuring data quality across connected systems
- Troubleshoot production apps and integrations, perform root-cause analysis, implement durable solutions
- Apply AI-assisted engineering to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and process automation
