Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead high-touch, on-demand logistics operations supporting clients in medical, life sciences, aviation (AOG), and other critical infrastructure sectors.You will oversee live operations, managing a network of independent contractor (1099) drivers, dispatch coordination, and service delivery where precision, urgency, and accountability are non-negotiable.If your background is primarily in long-cycle project delivery, PMO structures, or roadmap execution, this role will not be a fit. This role is for operators who thrive in real-time execution environments—where decisions happen minute-by-minute, service failures have immediate consequences, and relationships drive outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role—you are in the work, not managing from a distance.
