Right Price.Job Title: Events AdministratorDuration: 6+ MonthsLocation: San Francisco, CAMax Rate: $26- 28/hrDuties:We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Experiential Marketing Events Administrator to support in the alignment and documentation for the entire Experiential Marketing team. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Experiential and Events industry while working with a globally recognized entertainment brand.Responsibilities:Oversee vendor contract workflows and payment processes for the Experiential Marketing function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.Administer experiential best practice playbooks and toolkits across regional teams to drive consistency and operational excellence.Oversee swag store operations and branded goods guidelines, ensuring alignment with brand standards and efficient inventory and distribution management.Coordinate team and space calendars, meeting scheduling, and planning activities to support seamless team operations and cross-functional collaboration.Maintain and optimize the team-wide project status and alignment tracker.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and communicate fun, interesting event ideas to the Experiential Marketing Team.Effectively manage and prioritize competing asks, intake feedback and direction, and manage tasks per deadlines.Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint). Aptitude to learn tools and platforms (this role will be hands on with Smartsheet, Airtable, Miro, event registration platforms, Concur, and survey tools).Skills:Applicants should possess integrity, pride in their work, and outstanding interpersonal skills. Collaboration in a no-ego, roll-up-your-sleeves approach is critical; we live and breathe "one team, one dream" as we break down and navigate complex issues together. Other necessary qualities are:Two to 3 years of relevant experienceExperience in events, customer service, and/or hospitality; we say this, but, attitude and logistics/organizational skills are most critical please apply even if Marketing or Communications was not your major!Comfort in high-pressure, high-visibility moments and an ability to stay calm and solution/action-oriented in those momentsPassionate about events, experiential, and/or guest experienceDesire to learn, grow, and push the boundariesSelf-starter with a positive and solution-oriented demeanorWe adopt a FlexWork workstyle. In-office work at our HQ will be necessary.
