As an Autonomous Maintenance Packaging Operator, you'll play a critical role in producing and shipping high-quality grain-based products while helping keep our packaging and oil production systems running at peak performance. This is a hands-on position that combines production, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement into one rewarding career path.

What You'll Do
Every day brings a new challenge as you:
Operate and monitor packaging and oil production equipment
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance repairs
Complete preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime
Monitor product quality and collect samples for testing
Maintain accurate production and shipping records
Create and manage maintenance work orders
Support food safety, sanitation, and operational excellence initiatives
Keep production lines running efficiently while identifying opportunities for improvement
Work cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Shipping teams

Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Experience in food manufacturing is a plus
Basic computer skills and comfort working with production systems and equipment interfaces
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to:
Lift up to 55 pounds
Work in environments with varying temperatures, dust, and noise
Frequently climb stairs, ladders, and elevated work platforms
Work safely at heights and within confined spaces
Stand and move throughout the shift
Utilize two-way radio communication
