Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a Microsoft Teams Collaboration Certified Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise collaboration platforms, video conferencing infrastructure, and cloud-based productivity services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Teams environments with a strong focus on meeting reliability, call quality, and integrated collaboration services across the enterprise.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Cloud Video Interop (CVI) environmentsManage video conferencing device setup, configuration, and lifecycle supportConfigure and optimize Teams resources, policies, and meeting infrastructurePerform meeting and call log analysis to identify performance issues and improve user experienceSet up and manage Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) for monitoring and reportingIntegrate Microsoft Teams with enterprise applications and third-party tools using Microsoft APIsSupport Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power BI) for workflow automation and reportingCollaborate with network teams to ensure high-quality voice/video performance across WAN/LAN environmentsTroubleshoot and resolve issues across Teams, networking, and collaboration stackSupport cloud collaboration ecosystem including SharePoint and OneDrive integrationsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong experience in Microsoft Teams administration and collaboration infrastructureHands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and CVI solutionsSolid understanding of Active Directory (AAD / Hybrid AD environments)Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive administrationProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite administration and supportStrong knowledge of network operations, troubleshooting, and performance tuningExperience with Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) setup and analyticsWorking knowledge of Power BI for reporting and insightsExperience with Power Automate for workflow automationUnderstanding of cloud networking and enterprise collaboration architectureFamiliarity with Microsoft Graph APIs / Teams APIs for integration
