At Aurigo, we don't just build software — we help shape the future of infrastructure.Location: Austin, Texas or Anywhere in USWork Mode: Hybrid (Austin) or Remote (Anywhere in the US)Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise implementations, owning outcomes end-to-end — from project management planning through go-live and adoption.Serve as the senior leadership-level point of contact for clients, building the kind of trusted relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders that drive renewals, expansion, and referenceability.Step into an Engagement Manager role as needed — collaborating to ensure overall account health, commercial strategy, and cross-project alignment.Represent Aurigo in steering committees, executive business reviews, and escalations, balancing profitability with customer outcomes.Act decisively under uncertainty — escalating cross-team, contractual, or company-wide risks. Partner across delivery, support, and sales as one team — owning the customer relationship holistically, not just the individual project.Drive the customer to leverage platform configuration over customization; personally defend customization decisions with a clear, outcomes-based business case.Identify and support expansion and renewal opportunities. Partnering with sales on commercial strategy and the statement of work.Identify, negotiate, and document change orders, and own risk management and escalation for high visibility engagements.Provide concise, decision-ready status reporting to internal leadership and client executives — calibrated to what each audience needs to know and decide.Lead project teams distributed across multiple locations, ensuring project documentation, milestones, and risks stay visible and current.Coach and mentor Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, raising the bar for the broader PM organization.Ensure project documentation is completed and signed off by customers at each milestone.Travel up to 30% annuallyCandidate Profile Required Minimum 7 years of progressive project/program management experience implementing enterprise systems, with budgets over $3M.Minimum 10 years in IT consulting focused on enterprise applications, including experience in an engagement or account management capacity.Demonstrated executive presence — comfortable leading conversations with executive leadership teams and senior government officials.Proven experience running engagement management or account leadership responsibilities alongside or in place of direct project delivery.Track record of managing multiple concurrent projects or a portfolio of client engagements. Experience mentoring and developing project managers.Demonstrated predisposition to action and calm under pressure; enterprising, self-driven, with a proven track record of uncompromising quality.Experience managing project teams comprised of remote and onsite staff.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, calibrated for executive audiences.Experience as the primary customer relationship owner throughout the full software engagement lifecycle.Experience implementing SaaS software, leading subject matter experts, project managers, and client leadership through the system adoption process.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business; MBA a plus.Preferred PMP, PgMP or CSM preferred.Background in transportation system construction, CIP Planning, Portfolio and Project Management, Construction Management, or Asset Management strongly preferred.Demonstrated experience executing and renewing contracts strongly preferredAurigo Software Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
