Project Estimator/Assistant Project Manger

Lakay Building and Remodeling is an experienced general contractor for construction and consulting, Specializing in new homes, additions, remodeling, unique projects and residential & commercial construction. We are looking for a full-time experienced Project Estimator/Assistant Project Manager. It is essential that this individual possess excellent organization and communication skills. This position requires the ability to take initiative, work independently and be willing to learn new things. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to manage time spent between office and job sites. Estimate a Project Start to Finish Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to: · Prepare work orders. · Estimate square footages. · Co-ordinate subcontractor schedules. · Communicate with subcontractors/vendors for preliminary and final estimates. · Prepare and process building permits. · Filing and database organization.
