Project Manager – EPC (Transmission & Distribution)Location: Midwest (MN, IA, WI, IL, Upper MI) | Remote considered for the right candidateWe are currently seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to support utility infrastructure projects across the Midwest. This role will focus on the delivery of Transmission & Distribution projects, with flexibility on location for the right individual.Key Responsibilities:Manage full lifecycle execution of EPC projects across transmission, distribution, and substation workOversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure successful deliveryCoordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain alignment and performanceLead project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, and change order managementEnsure compliance with safety standards and promote a strong safety culture across all projectsIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategiesMaintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updatesRequirements:Proven experience managing EPC projects within T&D or utility constructionStrong understanding of transmission, distribution, and/or substation projectsExperience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractorsAbility to work across multiple projects and stakeholdersStrong communication and leadership skillsAdditional Info:Regional travel may be required depending on project needsOpen to remote candidates with strong EPC background and Midwest project experience
