We are seeking a full-time Client Service Representative. Key Responsibilities:
Manage new business processing
Assist advisor’s client paperwork/requests
Answering phones and email promptly
Assist advisors in preparing for client reviews
Follow and document workflows
Organize and maintain client files
Document and maintain notes on CRM
Attended client and prospect events
Skills and Experience:
Processing background preferred
Associates degree preferred
Able to work as a team and independent
Comfortable with communicating via phone and email
Microsoft office experience
Familiarity with a CRM, Salesforce preferred
Background check required for all employees
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
