To support this mission, we are seeking driven, dedicated, and collaborative individuals who are passionate about contributing to our continued growth within the dynamic cannabis industry.About the Role:Fine Fettle is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Dispensary Agent to support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in our retail cannabis dispensary. This unique hybrid role combines elements of customer service, sales, and inventory management, providing an opportunity to engage in multiple aspects of cannabis retail operations.The ideal candidate for this role is enthusiastic, dependable, and excited at the prospect of learning about various aspects of a cannabis retail operation. Additionally, excellent candidates for the role will be coachable, attentive to detail, and enthusiastic about making an impact on team performance. Success will also require a high level of reliability, integrity, and the ability to receive and adapt in accordance with constructive feedback. Many of the responsibilities within the Dispensary Agent position will be customer facing and as such will require strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Primary Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:As a Dispensary Agent, you will rotate between customer-facing and operational roles to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:Customer-Facing Roles:Sales Agent:Serve as the primary point of contact for customers at the point of sale.Provide education about products and deliver a 5-star customer experience.Execute sales transactions efficiently and accurately.Greeter:Welcome customers and patients to the dispensary and direct them to the appropriate lines or resources.Communicate front-of-house updates or issues to the Front Desk Manager and General Manager.Operational Roles:Order Entry Technician:Scan and process filled bags of cannabis products into the Point of Sale (POS) software for customer pickup.Order Puller:Prepare cannabis bags for fulfillment, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.Runner:Transport products between the inventory vault and the sales floor to support sales operations.Inventory Technician:Coordinate with Leads and Management to manage the flow of product in response to customer and operational needs.Organize and maintain the vault to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and inventory accuracy.Input and verify data in the POS and inventory management software systems.Receive, record, and store cannabis deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.Skills and Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or older per the requirement set by the Department of Consumer ProtectionHigh school diplomaRetail experience is highly preferredPrior experience working in a fast paced, customer focused retail environment is advantageousBilingual or proficiency in Spanish is beneficialFlexibility regarding work scheduleAvailability for evening and weekend shifts, including scheduled opening and closing shifts, is required.Knowledge about cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods is preferredCannabis market experience is valuable but not requiredAbility to meet and maintain all applicable state-mandated licensing requirements as a condition of employmentAbility to pass a Federal Background Check with no felony convictionsCritical Competencies:Strong interpersonal skillsStrong sales abilitiesCustomer service skillsAttention to detailCoachable and adaptive to dynamic store needsStrong verbal communication skillsPatient and understanding in dealing with customer service mattersAbility to act quickly and effectively to resolve issuesReliable and trustworthyAbility to give and receive feedbackAbility to work in fast-paced environmentsTransparency in work and candor in communicationWorking Conditions and Physical Demands:Normal retail environmentMay be exposed to extreme temperaturesMust be able to stand for long periods of timeMust be able to lift 50 pounds without assistanceFrequent bending and moving from sitting to standing and reverseBenefits:Competitive pay with opportunities for growth, development, and advancement.Paid time off, including holidays and sick days.401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with Employer Matching Contributions.Generous Employee Discount.A collaborative and supportive work environment at a growing company.Americans With Disabilities Statement:Must be able to perform all essential functions of this position with reasonable accommodation.
