We're Hiring Unpaid Interns:Electro is a functional electrolyte chewing gum built for athletes. Our gum is packed with electrolytes that fuel performance, focus, and recovery. We work with thousands of college athletes and over a hundred pro athletes across the NBA and NFL.To be clear up front, this internship is unpaid. We're bringing on an intern to handle athlete relations and community management. You'll be the voice of our brand in athlete conversations and a key part of building our ambassador network.Responsibilities▸ Flag unique requests or issues to the founding team quickly.▸ Track athlete interactions in our CRM systems (Notion plus internal tools).▸ Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using our internal playbooks.▸ Source TikTok and Instagram creators that fit the brand and add them to our outreach pipeline.▸ Coordinate with the founding team on athlete program updates.▸ Build outreach lists of TikTok creators in sports, fitness, lifestyle, and wellness niches.▸ Keep athlete records organized and up to date.What's In It For You▸ Flexible, remote internship experience that fits around school.▸ Direct mentorship from the Electro founding team.▸ Networking opportunities with college and pro athletes across major programs.▸ Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and creator outreach.What We're Looking For▸ Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment.▸ Active on TikTok and Instagram with a sense for what creators are doing well.▸ Strong written English and communication skills.▸ Comfortable doing cold outreach to creators, athletes, or affiliates.▸ Sharp attention to detail and reliability with no mistakes in athlete onboarding.▸ Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools.⚡ Apply today and be part of building something big in athlete nutrition.
