Job Description Job Title: Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck DriverJob Summary:We are seeking a reliable and experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Driver to transport freight safely and efficiently across long distances. The ideal candidate is responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting delivery schedules while maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations.Key Responsibilities:Operate a commercial truck to transport goods across regional or nationwide routesEnsure timely pickup and delivery of cargoConduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicleMaintain accurate logs and required documentation in compliance with DOT regulationsAdhere to all traffic laws and safety proceduresCommunicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and load statusSecure cargo properly to prevent damage during transitReport any mechanical issues or accidents immediatelyQualifications:Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License), Class A preferredClean driving record with no major violationsMinimum [X] years of OTR driving experience (preferred)Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screeningStrong knowledge of safety regulations and best practicesAbility to drive long hours and travel for extended periodsGood communication and time-management skillsPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit for long periodsCapable of lifting up to 50 lbs as neededAble to enter and exit the truck cab multiple times per dayCompensation & Benefits:Competitive payBonuses for safety, performance, or mileage (if applicable)Work Schedule:Long-haul routes with extended time away from homeFlexible scheduling based on delivery needsCompany Description Small family owned Trucking company Company Description Small family owned Trucking company
