Mid - SeC/Dev/Ops System AdministratorS2Technologies is currently seeking a DevOps System Administrator to join our team. The qualified candidate will have several years of IT experience. The successful candidate will apply their existing skills to support our nation's security missions with secure communications.Job Duties And RoleManage code deployments, fixes, updates, and related processes Analyze, assign, and deploy cloud based resourcesImprove and maintain the infrastructure behind our continuous integration and delivery pipelines Discover, analyze, and troubleshoot anomalous application behaviors. Deploy monitoring and infrastructure tools Create, design, deploy and maintain the infrastructure architecture required to support the missionPerform general IT requirements, installation, configuration, maintenance, and security in a classified and unclassified network environmentPerform Software installation and setupProvide Linux enterprise administrationHave the ability to support hardening systems to be in compliance with DoD RMF policiesSupport performance monitoring including monitoring disk space, utilization, capacity and availabilityPerform security monitoring and maintaining security patches and updatesWork with VMs operating on various networksAssess and maintain storage related tasks for performance and backupDesired SkillsLinux system administrationVirtualizationSystem patching and upgradesSystem configuration maintenanceSecurity controls and remediationExperience with scripting to support or write deployment scriptsKnowledge of Kubernetes and Docker Knowledge in GitLab based CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of HTTP protocolKnowledge of restful architectureExperience4 or more years of software experience required Working knowledge of required tools/technologiesEducationBachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experienceCertificationsSecurity+ CE or equivalent for IAT Level IISecurity ClearanceUS CitizenCurrent TS/SCI Security ClearancePosition will require a successful polyLocation:Onsite in the Hanover, MD areaS2Technologies is an equal-opportunity employer.
