Exchange Engineer

Please find the details below and apply if interested!Position: Exchange EngineerContract Length: 3 months, 40 hours per weekWork Arrangement: Remote (EST time zone)Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 email services.Create, modify, and manage user mailboxes, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and resource mailboxes.Troubleshoot email delivery issues, calendar synchronization problems, mailbox access requests, and Outlook client issues.Perform routine user provisioning, deprovisioning, and account administration.Support password resets, mailbox permissions, delegation requests, and distribution list management.Monitor Exchange environment health and respond to service alerts and incidents.Assist with email security administration, including spam, phishing, and message trace investigations.Perform basic PowerShell administration and execute documented operational proceduresDocument incidents, service requests, and technical resolutions.Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and participate in troubleshooting effortsAssist with patching, maintenance windows, and operational support activities.Support hybrid Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments as required.
