Spanish Speaking Insurance Customer Service Rep 50K Experience Required

Are you an experienced bilingual insurance customer service professional who can confidently help customers in both English and Spanish?Hupp Family Agencies is looking for a skilled, dependable, and organized Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing agency. This role is for someone who already understands insurance service, customer support, policy changes, billing questions, renewals, retention, follow up, and agency workflows.This is not an entry level position. We are looking for someone with insurance experience who can step in, communicate clearly, support customers, and help keep the agency running smoothly.Spanish speaking ability is required. Insurance customer service experience is required.
