Sr. Account Manager (MANTL)

Alkami is a digital sales and service platform provider for U.S. banks and credit unions, integrating onboarding, digital banking, and data & marketing solutions to support institutions in onboarding, engaging, and growing relationships.About the RoleWe are seeking an Account Manager (AM) to set account strategy, drive renewal and expansion for named accounts, build executive relationships, and achieve growth targets. The role is remote‑first, except where noted.ResponsibilitiesDevelop account strategy and forecast quotas; conduct whitespace analysis, prioritize outreach, and provide opportunity forecasts.Understand MANTL’s products and communicate offerings to clients; cross‑sell to meet existing client needs.Lead commercial conversations and manage end‑to‑end contracting processes.Maintain proactive client outreach cadence and conduct semi‑annual reviews; serve as point of contact for opportunities and issues.Drive customer satisfaction and reference ability through ticket review and resolution.Analyze customer reports, provide recommendations, and develop renewal risk mitigation strategies.Serve as a customer expert; collaborate with internal teams to optimize experience and prioritize enhancements.Manage tickets, assess severity and priority, and engage engineering when needed.Lead implementation of new platform, coordinating with clients and stakeholders.Support launch of new clients with implementation teams.Provide ongoing training support for product adoption and create help desk content.Qualifications6+ years of Account Management experience with proven ability to forecast and run end‑to‑end renewal cycles.Advanced written and oral communication and presentation skills; adaptable to business needs.Strong data analysis skills; ability to develop business review decks and uncover opportunities.Collaborative across functions (product, sales, reporting, legal, finance) and works well in a team.Positive attitude, team player, high initiative, and ability to work autonomously.Resilient under stress and deadlines; excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving startup‑like environment.Background in banking or fintech is a plus.Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $122,000 - $135,000.Remote‑first environment; unlimited paid time off; 401(k) with employer match; diverse and inclusive culture.Work AuthorizationWe are not able to sponsor visas.
