Clarity Business Analyst

Title: Clarity- Business AnalystLocation: Chicago, ILJD-Strong understanding of Clarity PPM project lifecycle management, capacity management, financial and time management.Experience with Clarity PPM configuration including object design, studio customization and workflow developmentKnowledge of PPM integrations with third-party tools like JIRA, SAP or ServiceNowFamiliarity with clarity SaaS/on-premise upgrades and migration activities.The Business Analyst plays a key role in understanding the requirement and doing an impact assessment in the current implementationWorks closely with stakeholders and addresses user queries and issues during US business hoursRequirements documentation: Understand the business requirements from stakeholders, suggest solutions and document for the team to executeSupports any high-priority L3 ticket analysis during US business hoursManages change and release management activitiesSuggests and facilitate process improvements Facilitates User Acceptance Testing and other functional testingConducts user training (on-need basis)Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
