RN -Acute Care(Nights) Claremont, NHJob Type : Full TimeShifts : NightJob Summary :Care plan resident needs as assessed by the care team.Provides assistance, direction, consultation, and problem-solving regarding patient care issues and business continuity.Need to communicate problems that may compromise patient care to the appropriate departmental leadership.Ensure a safe, effective and efficient patient care environment.Support Staff development through partnership with our clinical educator and informatics nurse through participation in education, informatics, quality and patient safety, professional development.Identify changes in resident's status and intervene based on nursing knowledge, judgment, and MD orders.Qualifications and Requirements:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferredCurrent NH Registered Nurse Licensure.
