Creighton University is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm) team to support our 24/7 campus facilities. This is a hands-on commercial role - not apartment turns or repetitive factory work. ---What You'll Do* Troubleshoot HVAC systems (AHUs, fan coils, hydronic & chill water) * Electrical repairs (lighting, ballasts, motors, controls) * Plumbing repairs (fixtures, drains, steam/condensate systems) * Maintain pumps, motors, exhaust fans, and generators * Perform preventative maintenance campus-wide * Participates in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs and implements strategies into daily work * Participate in rotating on-call schedule---What You Bring* 3+ years commercial building maintenance experience * Strong HVAC, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting skills * Ability to work independently * Valid driver's license -Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the last 3 years and no major violations within the last 5 years.Trade school or formal training preferred but not required. ---Why Apply?* Stable university employer * Excellent benefits & retirement * Paid holidays & PTO * Tuition Remission available for you, your spouse and/or dependent children. * Professional campus environmentIf you're a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in quality work, apply today .
