Operations Development Program
To support a dynamic operations environment, the full-time Operations Development Program participant will engage in multiple rotational assignments across various teams, managing high-impact projects while developing technical, business, and professional skills in Richmond, IN.
Key responsibilities
Participate in rotational assignments in roles such as Supply Chain Analyst and Process Engineer, gaining diverse operational experience
Own and execute meaningful projects that have measurable business impact across global manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics
Collaborate with senior leaders and mentors to enhance professional growth and build a strong network within the industry
Required qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, completed within the past two years or expected by June 2027
Relevant project or work experience in supply chain operations, manufacturing processes, and data analytics, with exposure to Lean Methodologies or Six Sigma
Strong analytical and collaboration abilities
High learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to responsibilities
Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments and authorization to work in the country of employment
