The team will be responsible for architecture, integration, test automation, CI/CD, IT security, and developer tooling, ensuring high-quality, high-performance, and secure backend solutions.Your qualifications:5+ years of professional software development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and HibernateStrong background in software architecture and model-driven development (MDSD)Experience with DDD (Domain-Driven Design), modularization, and system architectureFamiliarity with CI/CD tools and workflows (Jenkins, Kubernetes, Helm, Kustomize)Experience with Pact contract testing and automated testing platformsHands-on experience with developer tooling (Eclipse plugins, Eclipse Language Server, code generators)Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SSO proceduresIntegration expertise with REST APIs and KafkaStrong command of English and German (B2+ level)Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools such as Jira and ConfluenceNice to have:Experience with DSLs (domain-specific languages) and code transformersFamiliarity with AI-assisted development workflowsKnowledge of accessibility standards (BITV 2.0 or WCAG)Your tasks:Design, maintenance, and further development of frameworks and architectureGeneration of user interfaces while ensuring accessibility complianceImplementation of model-driven architecture (MDSD)Development and maintenance of DSLs, code transformers, and generatorsSession management (persistence/restoration)Modularisation of internal architecture (DDD principles)Integration into SSO, authentication & authorisation flowsLifecycle management of runtime componentsGeneration of interfaces (REST and Kafka)Development and maintenance of test automation platform and dashboardValidation of Pact contracts in CI/CD pipelinesMaintenance and development of build pipelines (Jenkins)Development of configuration mechanisms & application configurationKubernetes configuration and deployments (Helm/Kustomize)Implementation of security requirementsDevelopment of monitoring toolsMaintenance and improvement of development environmentsIntegration of Eclipse Language ServerAI support for DSL-based developmentPoint of contact for technical questionsMain liaison for security teamsOrganizing penetration tests, audits, and action plansMonitoring compliance with security guidelinesRunning automatic security evaluationsReporting on security statusActive participation in daily stand-ups, risk/problem sessions, Kubernetes platform meetingsLeading and contributing to workshops, community of practice meetings, and architecture reviewsKnowledge transfer for new employees and traineesDocumentation of resultsWhat we offer:24 vacation days per year, 11 national holidays, and paid sick daysA powerful laptop to support seamless work performanceFree English and German lessons Full remote job with a flexible scheduleA long-term B2B contract Compensation paid in EURPrinciples that define us:Long-term collaboration.
