Job Description The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the overall operation, safety, and appearance of the property through preventative maintenance, repairs, and timely response to guest and team member requests. Looking for the right reliable individual to fill this position.Please double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below.Key ResponsibilitiesPreventative MaintenancePerform routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spacesComplete preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedulesMaintain accurate maintenance logs and documentationRepairs & TroubleshootingRespond promptly to service requests (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures, etc.)Diagnose and repair equipment and systems efficientlyPerform minor carpentry, painting, drywall, and general repairsSystems & EquipmentMonitor and maintain HVAC systems, boilers, water heaters, and electrical systemsAssist with life-safety systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency lighting)Ensure pool/spa systems (if applicable) are properly maintainedSafety & ComplianceFollow all OSHA and company safety standardsMaintain an organized maintenance shop and storage areasAssist with inspections from local/state authoritiesGuest & Team SupportProvide courteous and professional service to guestsCommunicate effectively with housekeeping and front desk teamsSupport special projects and renovations as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required1–3 years of maintenance experience (hotel experience preferred)Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systemsAbility to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periodsFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysPreferred SkillsHVAC knowledge a plusPool handling a plusStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated and detail-orientedWork EnvironmentIndoor and outdoor work conditionsExposure to cleaning chemicals and mechanical equipmentOn-call or emergency response may be requiredCompany DescriptionLooking for full-time and part-time auditors. xaygatp Sunday-Thursday and Friday-Saturday 11 pm- 7 am.Company DescriptionLooking for full-time and part-time auditors.
