Warehouse Receiver - Water Spider
POSITION SUMMARY:The Warehouse Receiver receives freight from suppliers. This position will report discrepancies, if any, on paperwork to Team Lead in a timely manner. They will assist with putting freight in storage or usage locations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Checks in and receives freight into computer system.Logs and categorizes deliveries.ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNEDEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Degree Required: High School diploma or equivalentExperience: 2 years of experience working in a warehouse KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:Good working knowledge of computer applications. (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams)Familiarity with ZEBRA scanners.Good organizational and communication skills.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:N/APHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Regular computer work, walking, sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:Performs duties within scope of general company policies, procedures, and objectives. Analyzes problems and performs needs assessments. Uses judgment in adapting broad guidelines to achieve desired result. Regular exercise of independent judgment within accepted practices.
