This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a dynamic food industry environment. *Duties* * Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and drink options * Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff * Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation * Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities * Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards * Engage with guests to create positive relationships, handle special requests or concerns professionally, and promote a welcoming environment *Requirements* * Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus * Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast * Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently * Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits and wine * Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly while upselling menu items effectively * Excellent communication skills along with time management abilities to prioritize tasks during busy hours *Compensation: Hourly rate + tips* Join us in creating unforgettable dining moments!
