Job Category : QUALITY ASSURANCE - DENISON Requisition Number : 2NDSH001683 Posted : August 13, 2026 Full-Time Locations Showing 1 location Audits/enforces GMP’s, SSOP’s, TQC, HACCP and USDA requirements. Knowledge of HACCP SOP requirements and make decision based on set procedures. Perform AS400 computer transactions. Write shift summaries. Write weekly reports as necessary. Identify potential food safety issues and involve the proper department leads/supervisors. Identify non-conforming products. Audit product for export. Assist In coaching/training of team members for proper documentation, product quality and food safety. Coordinate a sampling plan for products on hold. Record, identify and calibrate thermometers. Perform swabbing as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Must pass a math test with a minimum score of 75%. High School Diploma preferred. Excellent communication skill, both oral and written. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel. Working knowledge of AS400 preferred.
