Responsibilities
Assemble electronic components using surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole techniques, ensuring adherence to IPC 610 standards for quality and reliability.
Operate and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to support automated manufacturing processes.
Read and interpret schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to accurately assemble and troubleshoot products.
Conduct soldering using various methods, including hand soldering and machine-assisted techniques, maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and ohmmeters to verify component specifications and circuit integrity.
Maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing activities, inspections, and test results for quality control purposes.
Support mechanical assembly tasks, including machining, using power tools and hand tools to prepare parts for final assembly.
Qualifications
Proven experience working with PCB (printed circuit board) assembly, soldering, and surface mount technology (SMT).
Strong electrical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams accurately.
Familiarity with IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly and inspection.
Hands-on experience with mechanical tools such as calipers, power tools, hand tools, and machining equipment.
Basic understanding of electrical testing equipment like ohmmeters and multimeters.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics for both electrical and mechanical components.

Pay: $24.66 - $29.69 per hour
