In this role, you will play a vital part in assessing the value of commercial properties through financial analysis, data collection, and market research. Your expertise will help inform lending decisions, investment strategies, and risk assessments. Responsibilities Conduct detailed property valuations to support lending decisions Perform market research and analysis to identify trends and investment potential Prepare clear, data-driven reports and summaries Collaborate with loan officers and the broader team to assess risk and opportunity Support due diligence processes for prospective loans Qualifications Experience in commercial real estate analysis or related field Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or related field Why Gelt Financial?
