Property Pros is a property inspection company serving the real estate, mortgage and insurance industries nationwide while based in Missouri. We provide our clients timely and accurate information regarding real estate occupancy status and property condition. We are able to provide property updates by hiring contractors/inspectors in numerous States to provide these updates. Our inspectors are independent contractors, that is: they set their own schedules, use their own vehicles and complete their inspection work timely and without our direction. No inspection license is required, but inspectors must be highly-organized, self-motivated individuals who visit and take photos of properties and input results using an industry phone app. Each inspector services a set of zip codes or territory that they agree to cover. Inspectors are paid a fee for each inspection they complete. Property Pros prides itself as a Leader in the Mortgage Field Services Industry and is currently seeking self-motivated Independent Contractors and Business Owners to join our Field Inspections Team. Performing prompt and quality interior and exterior Property Inspections. Updating and processing orders via mobile applications and web platform. Effectively communicating with Property Pros account team. · Must have valid ID. · Must have reliable transportation. · Must provide own tools to complete jobs. · Must provide own means to get jobs completed. · Must be able to complete work orders in a timely manner. Earnings are established on a work order basis for a negotiated rate. Contractors are 1099C. Property Pros negotiate rates on independent contractors based on volume and location and expedited disbursement of payment. RESPONSIBILITIES of Inspector Inspect properties for company in specific zip codes Timely communication to main office Complete inspections to our client expectations Stay current with inspection requirements If inspection is incomplete, return and redo inspection Schedule inspections so they are completed during daylight hours only You are expected to be professional in appearance and have integrity in your actions Follow Town/County/State safety requirement REQUIREMENTS Mobile phone with camera function; ideally 5G EZ Inspections phone App (Free download) Desktop or laptop and printer with high speed internet access Valid Driver’s license Reliable & fuel efficient vehicle Ability to route inspections effectively Able to locate properties Clear background check BENEFITS Contractors set their own schedule Contractors are not required to have any experience or special licensing Free training on your schedule Great pay rates, paid weekly through ACH The more inspections are completed, the more the contractor is paid EEOC Full or part time hours needed RELATED EXPERIENCED a PLUS Police Science, Investigations, Security Delivery Driver, Taxi Driver Social Worker, Collections, Home Visits Process Servers, Document Delivery, Skip Tracers Occupancy Inspector, Insurance Inspections, Insurance Adjusters Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $200.00 - $1,250.00 per week Work Location: On the road
