This position is responsible for processing teller transactions as well as working as a member of the platform staff. Helping customers to understand and address their financial needs, the banker will provide solutions that span across the customer's lifecycle by utilizing our consultative sales and service process.Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience.
