E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Experience & Fulfillment Associate.This role is essential to our day-to-day operations, ensuring that every order is prepared with care, accuracy, and presentation in mind. You will be responsible for processing and packaging online orders while maintaining an organized and efficient workflow. It will be a part-time and IN PERSON position at our Waikiki location. MUST be available mornings! Opportunity to grow and become full-time. Responsibilities:• Process and prepare online orders accurately and in a timely manner• Pack all orders with attention to presentation and detail• Build, prep, and restock packing materials as needed• Place orders for custom pieces and monitor timelines• Keep track of all custom orders and special cases• Communicate any issues, delays, or discrepancies to the manager• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packing area• Drop off shipments at the post office• Check PO box for returns and exchanges• Process returns, exchanges, and cancellations accuratelyQualifications:• MUST be available in the mornings on weekdays!!• Highly organized with strong time management skills• Ability to work efficiently and keep up with order volume• Strong attention to detail as accuracy is critical• Takes pride in presentation (including tying neat, consistent bows on packaging)• Proactive in restocking and maintaining supplies• Reliable, responsible, and consistent• Able to follow processes while maintaining quality standardsPerks:• Opportunity to attend sponsored events with the team• 50% off two jewelry pieces per year• Hands-on experience in e-commerce operations• Work closely with a creative and growing local brand• Gain insight into order fulfillment, customer experience, and behind-the-scenes brand operations
