IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking experienced Welders/Fabricators for manufacturing opportunities. This position involves welding, fabricating, assembling, and inspecting metal components according to blueprints and production specifications.Responsibilities:Perform MIG, TIG, and/or other welding processesRead and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructionsFit, tack, weld, and assemble metal componentsOperate grinders, saws, cutting equipment, and power toolsInspect completed welds for quality and accuracyFollow all safety procedures and production standardsQualifications:Previous welding or fabrication experience preferredWelding education, training, or certification may be requiredAbility to read blueprints and use basic measuring toolsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailEnglish proficiency is required to understand work instructions, safety procedures, and communicate effectively on the production floorDependable attendance and ability to work in a manufacturing environment#INDSXF #TALROO
