Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Vice President of Operations, based in New York, NY, with flexibility for some remote work. The Regional Vice President of Operations will oversee operational strategies and performance across the region, manage profit and loss (P&L) accountability, and ensure streamlined operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include leading customer service and satisfaction initiatives, implementing strategic plans, overseeing large-scale regional projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align operations with organizational goals. The role requires a focus on driving growth, optimizing resources, and delivering value to stakeholders within the assigned region. Qualifications Proficiency in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to streamline processes and ensure efficiency.Experience in P&L Management and budgeting to achieve fiscal goals and maintain financial health.Strong ability in Customer Service and client relationship management to maintain satisfaction and retain key partnerships.Skilled in Project Management and execution of cross-functional initiatives to meet organizational objectives.Proven leadership and team-building abilities to guide and develop high-performing teams.Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Experience in a leadership role within operations, preferably in connection with SMEs or related industries.
