Inside Sales Account Representative

We are a direct lender with a team of underwriters loan officers and salesforce allowing us to make the best competitive offers. We are looking to grow our team of sales professionals with qualified and experienced candidates. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our services to drive sales growth.
Your Role
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients with a generated list. training is provided.
Utilize Salesforce software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Training provided
Negotiate and close sales while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Requirements
Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
This is a high volume office with, if you have a drive for sales and client services you can earn up to six figures the first year!!! Uncapped commission
