We bring design, planning, and construction under one roof, allowing homeowners to work with a single, integrated team throughout the entire process. Our focus is simple: high-quality execution, clear communication, and reliable delivery.About the RoleThis is a 6-month, full-time internship designed as a direct path to a full-time Assistant Project Manager role, and eventually Project Manager.You will work closely with senior project managers and gain hands-on exposure to active renovation projects across NYC.The role is fast-paced, field-based, and requires daily site presence.Immediate start required.Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through FridayCompensationMonths 1–4: $1,500/month + MetroCardMonths 5–6: $2,500/month + MetroCardWhat You’ll DoAssist in managing renovation projects from start to finishSupport proposal preparation, drawings, material takeoffs, and cost estimatesConduct daily site visits across multiple projectsSupport communication with clients during project executionAssist with file management, submittals, RFIs, and change ordersHelp procure and log material samplesTrack vendors and pricingParticipate in daily and weekly project meetingsTraining & DevelopmentOne-week training program led by Head of ConstructionDirect exposure to active projects and real-world executionOpportunity to transition into a full-time Assistant Project Manager role based on performanceQualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldStrong interest in construction and project managementComfortable working on active job sites and traveling across NYCAbility to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, reliable, and detail-orientedProficiency in Microsoft Office (AutoCAD/Revit a plus)Who This Role is ForThis role is best suited for someone who:Wants to build a career in construction project managementIs comfortable working on-site and in dynamic environmentsLearns quickly and takes initiativeIs reliable and consistentPrefers hands-on experience over theoretical work
