Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager/Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales strategies within the assigned region. Day-to-day tasks will include prospecting, conducting market research, creating and executing sales plans, meeting revenue targets, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The role also requires coordinating with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products or services. Qualifications Sales and business development skills, including experience in building and managing client relationships and developing new revenue streams.Market research and strategic planning abilities to identify opportunities and develop actionable sales plans.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales analytics systems.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail and meeting deadlines.Experience in technology solutions or a related industry is an asset.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.A self-motivated and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote capacity.
