Research data and development dependencies, analysing usage, and documenting requirements to inform product and development team priorities. Write and implement complex SQL and MongoDB queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse data. Produce detailed, actionable reports and present findings to partners. Collaborate with product, development, and other teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support for ongoing projects and migrations. Perform comparative analysis across systems and identify migration candidates, risks, and transition readiness.What You'll Need 3+ years of experience in SQL and MongoDB. 3+ years as a Data Analyst, focusing on payer or healthcare data, with experience in data integration and database management. Proven ability to analyse large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and present complex data concisely. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field. Experience supporting platform modernization, product consolidation, migration, or sunset initiatives.
