We invite you to join us in our vision of "Making Lives Better!"Essential duties and responsibilities:Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care languageProvide transportation to clients needing transport services to clinical appointments within the Adult MH outpatient clinic and other appointments outside of the clinic that support mental health treatmentDependable and have strong customer service skillsOrganized and be able to be flexible in their approach to adapt their work schedule to meet the needs of the person and program demandsWork in a therapeutic team serving adults with severe mental illnessLight clerical duties to include scheduling and maintaining accurate travel and maintenance logsResponsible for ensuring all equipment associated with this position is kept in good working orderAdheres to TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concerns if ethical and/or business standards defined in the code are compromisedRequired qualifications to be successful in the job:High school diploma or GEDOne semester (12 credit hours) of accredited college work; or minimum of eighth grade reading comprehension level as evidenced by score on the Adult Basic Learning Examination (ABLE) testEmployees may be required to utilize their personal mobile phones for two-factor authentication (2FA).
