This role will perform the quarterly, bi-annual and annual P - Ms as per schedule. This role will have assigned machines to which they will require intimate knowledge of the mechanical and electrical aspects of the machine. Key Accountabilities:Troubleshoot and maintain Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs along with associated Ladder Logic. Troubleshoot and maintain high speed Koch Thermoformers/ In-Line Blister Sealers/ High Speed Case Packers and Cartoners. Troubleshoot and maintain ABB and Fanuc Pick and Place robotics along with calibration and testing of arm and end of arm equipment. Identify issues with high speed equipment including technical specs, ladder diagrams, Allen Bradley PLC, wiring prints, pneumatic logic, hydraulic logic, as well as a variety of troubleshooting and measuring equipment.
