Physical Therapist Location: Tulsa, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,306 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/11/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Clinical Professional Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days / As needed Hours per Shift: Varies Experience: Zero (0) - six (6) months of related experience License: Valid State Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from patients and families - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations - Ability to use computers and basic computer knowledge for data input and reporting - Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills - Effective reasoning ability and adaptability Description: Provides clinical patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment. Progresses patient treatment as appropriate and carries a patient load that reflects productivity standards. Evaluates patients accurately and plans appropriate treatment. Sets and meets functional goals. Revises and progresses treatment programs as goals are met. Provides documentation by maintaining appropriate treatment records and completing accurate daily patient charges. Completes patient records in a timely manner. Accurately reflects in patient charges the time spent and procedures performed, as well as equipment used. Maintains technical expertise through attendance and participation in continuing education activities and keeping abreast of technical advances. Attends a majority of scheduled in-services and departmental meetings. Provides instruction to patients and/or family members and other healthcare providers. Follows care path guidelines for patient/family education and documentation of home programs. Follows set guidelines for daily operations and assists with daily responsibilities as appropriate. Schedules and prioritizes daily work assignments. Delegates patients to support personnel as appropriate. Assists with training of new employees. Carries out non-routine procedures under constantly changing conditions, in conformance with general instructions from a supervisor. Coordinates activities of others without supervision. Leads others in the same work performed without supervisory duties. Works directly with patients and/or customers through various forms of interaction.
