Office Assistant
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Office Assistant will work closely with other staff members and may interact with clients, making professionalism and communication skills essential.
Duties
- Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist in calendar management, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide clerical support including typing documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Serve as a personal assistant to Senior Staff as needed.
- Handle office responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Support the business with marketing and on line orders.
- Utilize computer software for various office tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Experience
- Experience in office management or clerical roles is preferred. But not required.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software applications. Knowledge of Quick Books and google applications a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
