Our client is currently seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)Location: Springdale, AR, 72762This Job Will Have The Following ResponsibilitiesComplete OASIS assessments, recertifications, and routine skilled nursing visitsProvide advanced wound care, including assessment and treatment planningManage IV therapy, PICC lines, and central linesPerform ostomy care and catheter changesDeliver skilled medical‑surgical nursing care to patients age 18+, primarily elderlyAssess, monitor, and manage acute and chronic disease processesEducate patients and caregivers on medications, disease management, safety, and care plansMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health standardsCoordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary care teamTravel daily within the service area, providing care in multiple patient homes per shiftAdhere to all clinical, regulatory, and infection control standardsQualifications & RequirementsActive, unrestricted Arkansas Registered Nurse (RN) licenseCPR certification (current)Ability to work independently in a field‑based environmentValid driver’s license and reliable transportationBy providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
