Wellness Retail Associate

Core Duties and Responsibilities:• Assists and educates customers on Life Extension's unique, cutting-edge formulas and answers health related questions• Thoroughly reads all Life Extension literature to ensure product knowledge is up to date; achieve an 80% or better on monthly magazines quiz• Operates cash register• Performs cycle counts as needed• Retrieves products and prepares for mail order shipments; replenishes shelves with inventory, block and face store shelves• Answers incoming and inter-departmental phone calls• Receives and process customer returns• Participates in annual physical store inventory• Performs opening/closing duties as directed according to SOPs and checklists• Shares ideas, information and experiences that will benefit the Nutrition Center and/or company• Displays flexibility within the department; willing to make necessary schedule changes based on departmental needs• Regular onsite attendance is an essential function of this position• Additional duties as assignedPosition Requirements:• Intermediate knowledge of vitamins and dietary supplements required; 1+ years of experience in retail environment preferred• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Alternative Medicine or related field preferred• Strong customer service mentality
